Afterburn is an end-of-the-day, complete and total body workout session that focuses on strength, power, endurance and mental toughness. This high speed, high energy, high-intensity workout is not for the faint of heart. (Note: Mastery of modifications is a must.)

After Burn is designed to help you become stronger, more powerful, as well as increase your endurance, by utilizing heavy resistance, HIIT intervals, strength and cardio circuits, plyometrics, boxing and outdoor running drills in order to challenge you both physically and mentally. This program is guaranteed to take your fitness to a whole new level and leave you feeling more confident after every session.
